Working with a large variety of beautifully detailed, fun and thematic vintage and modern plaster moulds we create quality Bisque ware for you, made to order.  
Please see our many themes, and order through our online catalogue.  You can send an email request to us if you dont see what you are looking for.
  
Your order can be posted as a single Bisque item for you to paint and decorate.

 Using your own materials or you can order a painting kit from us to complete your design at home as a unique piece to you.  

Your can order a themed Bisque ware set, with or without the painting kits, for you to paint and decorate for your party.

Our mobile pottery painting workshop packages can be requested by email  
We can cater for your school, home, community, club or for a special event.  
From Birthdays, club events, corporate group wellness and art therapy, hen parties, baby showers, fetes.  We can provide a package for you.  Please enquire for details.

Note:  Staff are professionally trained artists and years of experience of teaching for your reassurance.

For a more professional finish, your work can be painted using our beautiful sets of underglaze colours and fired and glazed by us and returned as items to keep and treasure.  
We can also do detailed acrylic painting techniques to your specifications and colour ranges, and varnish to complete your work.

Please note that many of our items are made from vintage and rare molds.  They are made on order and are limited.  They will be taken off the website as they are no longer available.
Bisque forms, also known as bisqueware or bisqueware, are pottery that has undergone the first firing in a kiln, making it hard and porous but unglazed.  The fired pottery we create are Earthenware pieces.This initial firing, typically at a lower temperature than the glaze firing, prepares the clay to be painted, decorated, and glazed.
"Underglaze" as a term can mean any decoration that is applied, almost always in a fluid form, on the pottery surface before any glaze is applied.  Our underglazes are non hazardous and food safe.
Ceramic glaze, or simply glaze, is a glassy coating on ceramics. It is used for decoration, to ensure the item is impermeable to liquids and to minimize the adherence of pollutants. Glazing renders the earthenware impermeable to water, sealing the inherent porosity of earthenware. 

Please note that all items unless stated are made to order.  Orders are made at the beginning of purchasing and have to go through several processes before they are ready to ship.  Contact us to see if the expected handling time is ok for you when you order.As our products are fragile, will use tracked and signed delivery where possible.  We will send you details of tracking once sent.  

We hope that your products will arrive intact but on the occasion where an item does not you must contact us within 24 hours with pictures of the damage and boxes so we can rectify.  We will try to track your items so we will have as much information as possible.

CERAMICS BACKGROUND
I am a sole trader and professional potter with experience spanning over 30 years of teaching 3d design clay to secondary school pupils, sixth form and adults.
My love of clay as a medium continued throughout my teaching career through various hand building, press formed and throwing techniques, however my degree in Industrial Ceramics has led me back to the Slip Cast Moulds that I use today. Marina's Pottery Magic came about as a result of ​branching from my teaching career.

Sun and Moon and Spiritual

Currently available in this range Sun and Moon. Also included in this range are cherubs, wizards, mermaids and unicorns. Ranges include statues and votives.

Dragons and Castles

Ranges include small cute to large detailed dragons, in various poses. Ranges include smokers and statuettes. Products can be sold as plain bisqueware for you to paint or custom made painted pieces can be bought for extra cost.

Teddies

Baby gifts or ornamental keepsakes. I have a range of teddies from small to large. Some ranges may need additional cutting made before firing for lamp bases, money boxes etc.

Fairies

A beautiful range of flower fairies to include large fairies riding on snails, ladybirds, dragonflies etc. Please note: Current ranges are not to be left in the garden with frost as they are still porous. Forthcoming ranges will include non porous clay items.

Baby Shower

Baby presents and baby shower party painting from moon shaped baby lamps, to baby signs and babies to decorate individually and named maybe.

Animals and dinosaurs

Included are a range of animals, birds, insects, lizards etc. The ranges are small to large dependent on the theme.

Household mugs & Plates

This also includes blank Bisque ware pieces that can be personally decorated with our underglazes during party and workshops. Note that these will not be food safe unless they are glazed and fired again.

Vases, Garden containers & decorative garden

To include decorative containers, wall hangers, decorative garden pieces.

Skulls

Full size human Skulls Bisqueware fired pottery for you to paint. You could paint this for a Halloween decoration, or paint them Day of the Dead or Gothic style. The skull is designed to be used as a lamp with light inside however the eyes could be left solid as a sculptural piece. The animal skulls are for decoration only.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Marina’s Pottery Magic is a small sole trading business offering custom made ceramics and made to order painted products and kits. All sales are considered final and we are unable to offer cancellations or return options once you have placed an order. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order, and that you are happy with all design decisions and materials. 

If you receive broken or wrong items, please contact us via email at marinastonelake@gmail.com as soon as possible with a description in writing, your order number and photos/video of the items. Refunds in these situations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. In the case of damaged ceramics, or an incorrect order is received, we will do everything we can to provide you with the correct items.
