RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Marina’s Pottery Magic is a small sole trading business offering custom made ceramics and made to order painted products and kits. All sales are considered final and we are unable to offer cancellations or return options once you have placed an order. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order, and that you are happy with all design decisions and materials.
If you receive broken or wrong items, please contact us via email at marinastonelake@gmail.com as soon as possible with a description in writing, your order number and photos/video of the items. Refunds in these situations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. In the case of damaged ceramics, or an incorrect order is received, we will do everything we can to provide you with the correct items.
